Six-Day Faculty Development Programme on Leading Digital Business Transformation at RVS CAS
The School of Management Studies-PG (MBA) successfully hosted a six-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on "Leading Digital Business Transformation" from September 9 to 14, 2024. Sponsored by the AICTE Training & Learning (ATAL) Academy, this comprehensive program aimed to equip faculty members with cutting-edge knowledge and skills in digital business transformation and leadership.
Program Highlights:The FDP featured sessions led by prominent experts from various fields, covering a wide range of topics related to digital transformation. Each day included a morning (FN) session, article discussions, hands-on training, and afternoon (AN) sessions, providing participants with an immersive learning experience.
Day 1 (September 9, 2024):

Day 5 (September 13, 2024)
Participants visited ELGI Equipments Ltd. in Coimbatore for an industrial tour to gain practical insights into digital transformation within the industrial sector.
Session 9: "Retail Sales Analysis Using Tableau" by Dr. D. Shanmuga Rajathi, followed by hands-on training in the same.
Day 6 (September 14, 2024)
Session 10: "Do Jo" by Dr. B. Soma Sundaram, Head of Digital Transformation at ELGI Equipments Ltd, Coimbatore.
The day concluded with a digital execution plan, MCQs, and reflection journal activities, summarizing the key learnings of the program.
This six-day FDP was a great success, offering participants a well-rounded understanding of how to navigate and lead in the digital business landscape. The program provided both theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on experience, fostering growth and innovation in academic and business environments.
