Dr. K. Thulasivelu - Director

Dr. K. Thulasivelu brings with him a rich blend of industry and academic experience. He began his professional journey in the corporate sector, where he served for nearly 15 years in various capacities within the fields of Accounting and Audit, eventually rising to the position of Manager – Accounts & Finance.

In 2006, he transitioned into academia, driven by a passion for teaching and research. Over the past 19 years, he has held several key academic positions including Associate Professor, Head of the Department and Director. He holds an M.Phil in Management and has cleared the State Eligibility Test (SET) in Management.

Currently serving as a Professor /Director in the HR stream at RVS College of Arts and Science, Sulur, Dr. Thulasivelu.K is also an active researcher in the domains of Finance and Accounting. His contributions to the academic community include acting as a Resource Person for professional bodies such as the Coimbatore Management Association (CMA), Coimbatore Chapter and various colleges nearby.

He has participated in and contributed to various academic programs and conferences across India and abroad, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and knowledge dissemination

Achievements

• Speaker in CMA in areas Business Ethics and Indian Ethos
• Been a speaker in Malaysia on the topic of India’s role in AI and Global Trends during March 2025.
