Dr. A. Rajamani, Associate Professor

Dr. A. Rajamani is a seasoned academician with over 19 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership in the fields of Finance and Management. Currently serving as an Associate Professor in the MBA Department at RVS College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore, she is deeply committed to student-centered learning, curriculum enrichment, and research mentorship.

She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Bharathiar University and has guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her academic contributions extend to doctoral research, currently guiding four Ph.D. scholars and having successfully guided one scholar to completion.

She has contributed to developing academic materials, including a study manual on Hospital Information Systems for Bharathiar University. Dr. Rajamani actively engages in continuous professional development through participation in FDPs, workshops, and seminars on AI tools, Indian knowledge systems, and NEP-aligned pedagogies. Her interests also span across interdisciplinary research, which is reflected in her diverse publications on topics such as mobile healthcare services, cooperative farming, ERP, and face mask quality perception.

She is the author of multiple academic books in the areas of Financial Management and Banking & Financial Services. As a passionate educator and mentor, Dr. Rajamani blends academic rigor with institutional service to shape future managers and researchers
