Biography
Dr. K. Mangayarkarasi is the Head of Aptitude Training at RVS College of Arts and Science, bringing extensive expertise in career guidance, employability skills, and quantitative aptitude development. She holds M.Sc., M.Phil., MBA (HR), and Ph.D. in Extension and Career Guidance from Bharathiar University.
With years of experience in student training and faculty development, she plays a pivotal role in enhancing MBA students’ analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and placement readiness. Her structured training programs focus on aptitude reasoning, interview preparation, communication skills, and competitive examination readiness.
She has authored books on Analytical and Mental Ability, Interview Guide, and Skill-set Matrix & Learning Opportunities, reinforcing her commitment to employability-driven education.
