Biography
Dr. R.C. Banumathi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of MBA at RVS Institution. She has academic experience as an Assistant Professor and professional experience as an HR Manager, providing her with a balanced perspective on both teaching and industry practices. She is committed to promoting research, academic excellence, and industry-oriented learning among management students. She possesses expertise in SPSS, AMOS, and PLS-SEM, enhancing her capabilities in quantitative research, statistical analysis, and structural equation modeling. She believes in creating an engaging learning environment that enhances students' academic knowledge, professional skills, critical thinking, and ethical values.
