Interactive Design Thinking Workshop – Yi Innovation Week 2026

RVS CAS MBA, in association with Young Indians (Yi), CII Coimbatore, conducted an Interactive Design Thinking Workshop as part of Yi Innovation Week 2026.

The programme introduced students to practical approaches for understanding real-world challenges and developing solutions through creativity, empathy and collaborative problem-solving.

Exploring Human-Centred Design

Participants explored design thinking methodologies, human-centred design and ideation techniques. The session encouraged students to consider people’s needs when approaching a problem and to explore different possibilities before developing a solution.

Learning Through Interaction and Collaboration

Interactive activities and collaborative discussions gave students opportunities to exchange ideas and explore innovative responses to practical challenges. The workshop connected management learning with an approach centred on understanding problems and generating meaningful solutions.

Encouraging an Innovation Mindset

The programme supported students in developing their entrepreneurial outlook and innovation capabilities. It reflected RVS CAS MBA’s commitment to practical learning experiences that help students prepare for an evolving business environment.
