The Training & Placements Division of RVS College of Arts and Science conducted the Industry Insight Series on HR Payroll Practices for II MBA students on 6 February 2026 at CK Prahalad Hall.
The session was led by Mr. Meer, Founder & CEO of Leap HR Training, and offered students practical exposure to payroll systems and core human resource operations in a corporate environment.
Industry Perspectives on Payroll and HR Operations
Mr. Meer shared industry insights and real-world perspectives to help students understand payroll practices and their connection to everyday HR responsibilities. The session connected classroom learning with workplace practices, giving students a clearer understanding of HR processes in organisations.
Supporting Professional Readiness
The programme aimed to strengthen students’ industry-relevant knowledge and prepare them for the professional expectations of HR roles. It formed part of the Training & Placements Division’s efforts to support career readiness through engagement with industry professionals.
